Uniforms and Instruments
For both of these parades you must wear your parade uniform, however you may choose to decorate your self or instrument with holiday fare as long as it DOES NOT interfere with your ability to perform. Band members and colorguard members may also wear Santa, elf or reindeer hats/apparel in leiu of the Marching hat (Band) A Hat however IS REQUIRED! As always please come fully dressed in uniform with your instrument/equipment ONLY
AG Holiday Parade 11/27**
THIS IS THE SUNDAY AFTER THANKSGIVING!!!
Please inform Mr. Kirby if you are NOT able to attend this Parade!
This year we will be assembling IN FRONT of ROOSTER CREEK.
Check in for ALL students is 4:15PM. Roads begin to close at 4! Uniform Dress Code check is at 4:30 PM
Entry lineup, warmup and run through is 4:45 pm The parade starts at 5:00 p.m.
We should be done approximately 5:30 but NO guarantees!
At the Bank of America parking lot this year.
Grover Beach Holiday Parade 12/3**
THIS IS THE Saturday AFTER we return from Thanksgiving Break!!!
In front of Fatte’s Restaurant in Grover Beach. Oak Park and Grand.
Check in for ALL students is 9:15AM. Roads begin to close at 9! Uniform Dress Code check is at 9:30 AM
Entry lineup, warmup and run through is 9:45 am The parade starts at 10:00 a.m.
We should be done approximately 11:15 but NO guarantees!
Near Ramona Park on 9th Street and Ramona
You will need to provide a written note to me prior to the parade regarding alternative pickups, such as meeting in another designated area or someone picking your child up other than a parent or guardian. No student will be released without a parent or an adult parent designee present. Students will not be released to minor siblings without prior permission.
