AGHS Middle School Band Night
Arroyo Grand High School Marching Band and Colorguard
Friday, October 9, 2015 5:00 – 9:00 PM
Check-in is at 5:00 in front of the AGHS band room. Dinner will be provided
Students should wear their uniform jacket, jeans and sneakers. (No marching shoes or pants). Students must wear their Jacket the entire time while at the game. Paulding Pride!
You must attend at least one of the rehearsals to participate on the field. You can still participate in the stands if you are unable to make either rehearsal.
All Band & Colorguard Students will sit in the band section with the High School students during the game with their assigned “band buddy” from AGHS. The Middle School students will view the half-time show from the bleachers. No one is allowed to go anywhere alone. Stick with your band buddy.
Students will have a break during the third quarter to buy a snack and use the restroom, but must be back in the band section of the bleachers for the fourth quarter and stay until the end of the game or 9:00 pm whichever comes first.
All middle school students must be signed out from the band room. Pickup time will be at 9:00 PM.
VERY IMPORTANT: All students must remain with the high school band for the entire game, and are not permitted to leave to join parents, friends etc. during the game. Students can be picked up at the band room at 9PM. If a student needs to leave early, please bring a note, signed by a parent, stating when you will need to pick up your student.
If you want to participate on the field, you MUST attend at least one of these two rehearsals: Wednesday, October 7, from 4:00 – 5:30 pm or Thursday, October 8, from 4:00 – 5:30 pm.
Please return the District Permission Slip along with the bottom of this form to me by Wednesday, Oct. 7. Indicate which rehearsal you plan to attend below. Provide a note if you are unable to attend due to a previous engagement or other valid excuse.
